Your responsibilities –
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the clients.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Requirements –
- 3+ years of Client Service role, ideally working with a portfolio of multiple accounts.
- A plus if you have business development, and/or Client Success experience in IT/Software industry.
- Passion for delivering amazing customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to an audience.
- High attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
- Natural problem solver never satisfied with the status quo.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Your responsibilities –
- Develop & execute landing page campaigns
- Implement & ensure proper tracking and attribution
- Monitor and report performance of campaigns
- Effectively manage budgets throughout the month
- Optimize Keywords and Ad Groups to Increase Ad Ranks
- Manage and optimize campaigns utilizing best practices
- Collaborate with the Client Success Team on research and strategy
- Demonstrate an unparalleled enthusiasm and passion through continuously improving skills and staying abreast of industry and relevant news
- Assist team members with questions, tasks, and training as needed
Requirements –
- 2+ years of experience utilizing AdWords
- Familiarity with analyzing data in Google Analytics
- Proactive in daily tasks to excel in position
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Keen Attention to Detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Your responsibilities –
- Review business requirements working with other team members
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
- Work with the QA and Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
Requirements –
- Programming language(s): PHP, JavaScript
- Additional Skill(s): HTML, CSS, MySql
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
